Commercial Account Terms

Lapew Commercial Solutions is designed for approved high-usage business accounts and select authorized resale partners. Our commercial pricing is intended for businesses with recurring bulk-use needs, not occasional small-volume purchases.

Who Qualifies

Commercial accounts may be approved for businesses such as:

  • Professional cleaning companies
  • Hotels, vacation rentals, and hospitality groups
  • Funeral homes
  • Pet groomers and boarding facilities
  • Janitorial service providers
  • Other businesses with ongoing, high-volume odor-control needs

Pricing

Commercial pricing offers 15–25% off retail based on volume. Full pricing is provided upon account approval.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum opening order: $200
  • Minimum reorder: $200

Approval is based on business type, intended use, and expected order volume.

Commercial Use vs. Resale

Commercial pricing is available for:

  • Approved commercial-use accounts purchasing for use within their own business operations
  • Select authorized resale partners approved in writing by Lapew

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval for commercial or resale pricing.

Resale Policy

Resale of Lapew products is permitted only with prior written approval from Lapew.

Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • TikTok Shop
  • eBay
  • Etsy
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Any other online marketplace or channel restricted by Lapew

Purchase of Lapew products through our commercial program does not grant the right to advertise, list, distribute, or resell Lapew products on Amazon or any other marketplace unless expressly authorized in writing by Lapew.

Marketplace Violations

Unauthorized marketplace listings constitute a material breach of these terms. Lapew actively monitors third-party marketplaces and reserves the right to cancel pending orders, revoke commercial pricing, terminate the account, and pursue all available legal remedies, including enforcement of its registered trademarks.

Warranty & Authenticity

Lapew's satisfaction guarantee, quality assurances, and customer support apply only to products purchased directly from Lapew or through authorized channels. Products resold without authorization are not covered by any Lapew warranty or guarantee and are considered materially different from authorized goods.

Lapew may require lot or batch information to be maintained for commercial orders.

Account Review

Please submit your business information and estimated monthly volume through the form below. Our team will review each request and typically respond within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on account fit, intended use, and business needs.
